Married partners in life and business, Matthew Varghese and Julia Baillie are the proud owners of Oakville Windows & Doors—a family-run, community-focused company built on experience, integrity, and local pride.

Matthew brings decades of industry expertise to the business, with over 30+ years in sales and 20+ years in construction & project management experience. His background allows him to expertly guide projects from initial consultation through to completion, ensuring quality workmanship, clear communication, and results homeowners can trust.

Julia is the driving force behind the company’s operations. With nearly 20 years of combined administrative experience in the investment industry and independent school settings, she oversees office management and serves as treasurer. Julia's attention to detail, organization, and people-first approach keeps the business running smoothly and clients supported every step of the way.

Matthew and Julia are both long-standing members of the Oakville community. They have raised—and continue to raise—their family here and are proud to call Oakville home. Being deeply intertwined in the community, they are passionate about supporting local charities, teams, and initiatives.
